Calvin Carter, founder and president of Bottle Rocket, one of the first third-party mobile app development companies in the country, has been named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(R) 2013 Award winner of the Southwest Area North region. Carter and other Regional award winners now move on to compete for the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year Award, which will be announced November 16 as part of the Strategic Growth Forum held November 13-17 in Palm Springs, CA.
