Works like a Charm with the iVoice Pro, but you already knew that.

Pro Tip: If you want little to no surrounding noise in your voice recording switch the iVoice to line level, hold it directly up to your mouth and later on the computer normalize the audio signal in the audio editor of your choice (mine is audacity).

I have a mcally ivoice 3 that works great with voxie on my 1st gen i pod touch. only trouble is finding a line in mic that works with it. I bought a clip mic with compressor from a local electrics store, but with or with out the compressor the volume is so low i can barely hear it unless i shout in to the lapel mic. any other suggestions for line in mics that work with mcally 3 and 1st gen touch would be greatly appreciated.
